Typically by late April the fishing is well on its way but the wind, cool weather and rain have made conditions tough this spring for fishing. If the dirt roads and paths are wet leading to your fishing spot, please do not cut ruts in the road. Park and walk or come back another day. Also, if a map does not include fishing do not fish the pond or lake.
Deer Hi Jon, A quick follow up- I pulled my trail camera today. Apparently, the great MAHA lands have more than just deer (see attached)!
