December 14, 2017 Update

Land

Landowner/Relations

Below highlighted in red is Nemaha E 17. We recently got a call from a neighbor who owns the bordering 80 acres highlighted in yellow. He said a couple bird hunters from the Association crossed the fence during deer season and interfered with their family while they were deer hunting. His main concern was safety and we assured him we would inform the members of the exact boundary so this would not happen again.

While upland bird hunting please make sure of the boundaries and do not stray off on the neighbors land for any reason. Negative relations with the neighbors is a good reason not to renew a lease with the Association. This lease has been with the Association since the early 1990’s and we want to keep it.
