Deer Hunting

Kansas Firearms Deer

The Kansas firearms deer season is December 4 thru the 15^th. We currently only have 52 hunters on 92,000 acres of land , which is MAHA’s most underutilized season! Below is one of the better bucks harvested off MAHA land during the 2013 Kansas firearms season and it was taken with a muzzleloader.

March 20, 2023 Update

Deer Hi Jon, A quick follow up- I pulled my trail camera today. Apparently, the great MAHA lands have more than just deer (see attached)!
