Missouri Land
This summer a landowner that has been leasing to the club for over 30 years passed away. She was 99 1/2 years old and really enjoyed working with the hunting club. All her land was auctioned, and the proceeds were given to charity. Hats off to Ruth she was a great lady. The land that sold was 320 acres in Livingston A sections 5, 20 & 30.
We recently acquired an additional 800 acres in Mercer County. 200+ acres is in CRP and all of the fields are planted to soybeans. We decided to drop 300 acres in Daviess County, MO Unit C section 16 to help finance the new lease.

Unfortunately, we’re going to see turnover with some of our leases due to competition, death and sale of property. We’re holding our own acquiring new land, but the price is more expensive.
