Waterfowl

As of 3-2-2021 Loess Bluffs National Wildlife Refuge (formerly Squaw Creek) located in Holt County Missouri was holding 367,000 geese and the numbers were increasing rapidly. MAHA has 1350 acres of crop land in Holt County east of the refuge that has not seen a goose hunter yet this spring. The refuge is open to the public and quite a sight to see this time of the year.

From a couple recent outings on MAHA land and water.
