Just received a verbal commitment for this 1000+ acre lease in Rooks County, Kansas. The landowner does not take possession until the 1st of November so we will have to wait until then. What is unique about this lease is the amount of water in this dry part of the state. 50+ acres, which could be a waterfowl hot spot, not to mention the deer.
Deer Hi Jon, A quick follow up- I pulled my trail camera today. Apparently, the great MAHA lands have more than just deer (see attached)!
