Deer

Jon and Susie:

I wanted to send you a picture of a mature doe I harvested tonight that did not have any fawns with her. As a resident of the state of Kansas and a person who loves to cook and eat venison, I’m hoping I can help the organization by harvesting several of these mature does off MAHA properties this season. I understand for a lot of people who come to hunt from out of state that shooting does, especially in the early season, might not be something that they’re interested in. I think it helps the deer herd and the farmers who make their living off these properties.

Thank you again for the incredible privilege to be a member of Mid America Hunting Association and the opportunity to hunt and fish these amazing properties. EP

Thank you for helping us manage the herd! It’s greatly appreciated by a lot of our landowners.

We greatly encourage other members to do the same.
