Waterfowl

Teal season opens one week from Saturday, which is September 7. As always, the blinds will not be covered until after teal season.
Water Conditions
Cass A and B, all the lakes have hauntable water.
Henry A, blind 1 pool was drained and planted and is not huntable. Blind 2 pool is huntable, but wade-in for now. A new blind will be built before the regular duck season.
Henry B, 1, 2 and 5 pools are huntable. 3 and 4 areas drained and planted and are not huntable.
Henry D, 1, 2 and 3 areas huntable.
Linn A, all the areas are huntable except wade-in 7 which was drained and planted.
Assume any of the ponds and lakes open to teal hunting should be huntable since we’ve had good rainfall this spring and summer.

Reminder shooting hours are sunrise to sunset, not a half hour before. Also, the blinds are in rough condition and CAUTION wasp nests can be anywhere!!
Also, we encourage waterfowl hunters to meet other members and hunt together. Many long time friendship and business relationships have been established on duck hunts.
