Deer
Hello Jon and Susie,
I’m just now getting around to sending some pics from this past season. Katelynn and I hunted hard during the rifle season but we just never could get on a decent buck with our guns in hand. I was lucky enough to take the deer in the attached photos during the archery portion. The deer numbers seemed to be down a bit in the areas we hunted most this year. I think numbers seemed to be down statewide though based on the reports I’ve seen. That was likely due to the late start to rifle season, the huge acorn crop, and the warmer than average temps. We are already looking forward to branching out and trying some new ground this coming year. We are also already looking forward to sending pics of next year’s success ;-). Thanks for all you do.
