The blinds in Henry B are covered and we can certainly use some rain. But in the meantime, we have 13 irrigation lakes in Cass County with huntable water, plus Linn A.

Blind 1 Henry A
We built 2 new blinds in Henry A to replace the old ones that have been patched and reassembled since 1985.
MAKE NOTE there is a deep hole 30 yards in front of blind 1 and it is a big deep one. We had to dig to dry ground get dry dirt to cover the new drain/intake pipe. We can now drain and plant the lake each season. Next summer we have plans to clean up the levee and fill in the hole.
The pool in front of blind 1 has an excellent stand of Japanese and Brown top millet. This property is on a flood plain that will take water as quick as anyplace in the area.
