Waterfowl
We are in the process of draining Winklers Lake in Henry A. The plans are to groom the levee, which was built in 1985 and instal a stop log structure which will enable us to plant the lakebed and flood in the fall.
We (TJ) will be poking at it a little bit at a time until the ground is dry enough to work with a dozer, which will most likely be July.
