Upland Bird
Upland bird hunters – We recently had a complaint from a neighboring landowner that members were crossing the fence and hunting his side of several tree lines adjoining his property. It is illegal (trespassing) to cross a fence and hunt the adjacent neighbors land on the other side of tree lines. Neighbor relations are very important for lease renewals!!
We are only able to hunt our side of hedge rows that adjoin bordering property.
