The feedback we have gathered from area duck clubs and adjoining leases is success has been moderate with warm November weather stalling the migration.
Every late season we have waterfowl raft on various wetlands and fields but it is very difficult to predict. Typically this occurs on weekdays when hunting pressure is minimal. Reminder all waterfowl hunters need to be extremely cautious hunting iced over lakes and ponds. This reminder is for both the hunter and your dog.
