Parking
Recently, while visiting with one of our landowners renewing a lease the issue of hang tags and parking was brought up. Over the years this couple has enjoyed their relationship with the Association but asked us to remind the members not to block gates and to always display hang tags on their vehicles. On several occasions gates were blocked by member vehicles and hang tags were not displayed in vehicles. This is a simple request and we would like to pass it on to everyone.
Never block a gate, entrance or pathway while parking on Association leased land.

Missouri River
The Missouri River is currently at near record flood stage. The Association has land along the River in Holt, Buchanan, Saline and Howard Counties. The only land affected by the floodwater is the land west of Rushville in Buchanan County which is now being evacuated. Our thoughts and prayers are out to all involved.
