Wasn’t able to hit the woods till mid-morning in Missouri this am. Heard a gobble at 12:15 and he immediately responded to my call. He gobbled and gobbled at my calls but wouldn’t budge so I quit calling. At 12:55 he was in full strut next to my decoy at 15 yards and it was over. A hunt I’ll never forget!
