Tree Stands

Below are 2 tree stands that were reported by a landowner that were left behind for several years. They were removed and disposed of. As a warning to the members old tree stands are dangerous. Do not climb into a stand you are not familiar with.

b. Cameras/blinds/stands by reservation may be hung at the owner’s risk. Hunters must hang their
own deer stands. Safety equipment must be used at all times to prevent any potential injuries.
(1) Spikes for steps, any type of lag bolts, wooden tree stands and tower blinds are not allowed.
(2) Climbing, lock-on, tripod, ladder stands, ground blinds and removable screw-in steps are
permissible.
(3) All tree steps, blinds and stands must be removed by the last day of the hunting season.

Any stands or ground blinds that are left behind will be removed and trashed.
