Missouri Firearms Deer and Kansas Upland Opener
This past weekend was opening weekend for both Missouri firearms deer and the Kansas pheasant and quail season. This is by far the busiest weekend of the season. We recently upgraded our map and reservation system and would like to thank our Webmaster Alan for his outstanding job putting this together. We would also like to thank Susie for patiently working the members through this transition.
This weekend flowed smoothly with only a couple small boundary and parking issues, which is to be expected.
The weather was warm and windy but seems like Mother Nature always has some type of self-defense mechanism to deter hunters.
