Land
We recently acquired a large new lease in Bates County, Missouri. A lot of it is open river bottoms, but between the levees and river are miles of deer funnels and bedding areas. It is on a waterfowl flyway, but the lease is for deer and turkey only. As always, the first year we will have to deal with the challenge of trespassing, but that comes with the territory.
